Staff very rude and unhelpful

The staff are super helpful and friendly and always have a smile on their face. They seem to enjoy their job. We don’t particularly enjoy doing our weekly shop (Family of 5) but knowing we go somewhere where we get a friendly welcome makes the job so much more pleasant!
