Your staff at Carnforth are brilliant. Last week I went for some beer and there was none on the shelf. I asked a member of staff and she said it was at the bottom of a very large trolly. As I was in a hurry I said I would come back later. As I got to the till,was asked if I was the customer wanting beer, how many I wanted and it was brought to me. I have witnessed other helpful things that your staff have done.Thankyou all . Thelma Aldridge

I drive from the edge of Lancaster/Morecambe to the Carnforth store because I prefer it to the ones closer to me
