It is mandatory for all customers shopping in all stores to wear a face covering for the duration of their visit (with certain exceptions - personal or medical reasons). Aldi stores have a traffic light system, which signs you, if you may come inside or not. To minimise the number of people in store at any one time, customers are asked to shop alone where possible (1 shopper = 1 trolley). All ALDI stores prefer card payments or contactless. Monday - Saturday, all stores are opening 30 minutes earlier for the Elderly (over 70) and vulnerable. This additional time is browsing only in England and Wales with purchases possible only in Scotland.
Extended opening hours
Also Monday - Saturday, all stores have extended opening hours until 10pm while Sunday opening hours remain as normal. Please note that the busiest opening times are 11am - 3pm and quietest 7pm - 10pm. You can make your shopping trip more enjoyable and safer by visiting stores when they are a little quieter.
NHS staff & Blue Light card holders
All day everyday NHS, Police, Fire Service and Social Care workers along with First Responders, St John’s Ambulance staff and all other Blue Light card holders will take priority ahead of queues into our stores upon showing a valid ID. Aldi is also dedicating 30 minutes early access before regular opening on a Sunday for all those emergency workers mentioned above.
Opening hours for most ALDI stores are on Good Friday 8am-8pm. All stores are operating under normal hours on Saturday 3 April. On Easter Sunday are stores closed and on Easter Monday are the same opening hours like on Good Friday (8am-8pm).

I have just received a parking ticket from Parking Eye for shopping in your store in Ross On Wye 14th July 2017. I admittedly was 17 mins over my time. leaving the car park. But considering Iam a regular customer and spend on average around £70 per week I find totally unacceptable. I spent the whole time in the store and didn't go off anywhere else. I can't help taking a long time shopping as I spend ages looking at the home ware isles and special offers. Not really what I expected to be punished for shopping with you. If this ticket isn't quashed then I'm afraid I will not be a returning customer and go back to Morrisons. I would like a reply please.
