I have COPD and when my inhaler didint work I panicked I went into Boots Westwood Cross where I explained my problem to the young assistant. She advised the pharmasist was on lunch and would be back in10 Mins and if I could come back she would ask the pharmasist to help, I went back 10 mins later and got my problem sorted with a new inhaler I can not thank both members of staff for there help and care Best wishes to them both Regards Kay Friars
