Having travelled for 8 hrs we headed to the Co-op in Bala to fill up on the basics , it was Saturday afternoon and although the store was busy it was full and tidy , I was served by a lovely lady , who asked if I was ok ( she probably saw how tired I was after being up at 4.40, I said I’d come from Cornwall and she laughed , she asked if I had a store card , I had . This is our local store so I’m sure I’ll be in there again a few times over the next week .
