We called in yesterday for a coffee and a snack after travelling from the West Midlands. The staff were all friendly and pleasant and very efficient. We were on our way to the O2 Academy but had become hopelessly lost around Oxford. My husband asked a young man at the counter if he knew where the O2 was. Not only did he give us directions, he wrote them down for us. We followed them and they led us directly to the O2 Academy. We cannot thank this young man enough. He saved our day for us and we are now loyal Costa customers.
