Called in with my elderly aunt and had loads of help from Pete in the TV dept. He helped us decide between models on display and clearly explained what we needed to do to set up the television and he then checked stock and reserved the TV in store whilst we went home and checked it would fit . We retuned later and bought the TV and within an hour my aunt had a new TV set up and working which she was very pleased with. Pete was so helpful and I was really grateful for all his help and advice.
