I would like to express my thanks about the lovely lady assistant who helped today with one of my residents, I work in a care home and one of the residents loves collecting watches. We went in the go outdoors in Pallion and the assistant was absolutely fantastic with him. Not only was she kind and helpful she went above and beyond, to make sure he got the right one. Absolutely amazing service, thankyou so much and he is so happy with his watch,
