Dreadful layout. On entering I asked a member of staff where the curtains were. Directed up the escalator and back down the stairs. I came out with nothing. Not customer friendly at all. especially for the less mobile.

We have been planning a new kitchen using IKEA units and appliances. Our daughter, an architect, drew up the plans for us and we booked a slot to discuss these with the kitchen-planning department in the Sheffield store. We were guided through the whole process by a young man called Luke, who was outstanding - polite, helpful, very knowledgeable on all the details - a credit to the company.
