Went to purchase a new television, there were a few available that were ex demonstrators on sale which seemed good buys. The first assistant we spoke to wasn’t that interested in making a sale and then Ben came over to talk to us. Knowledgable, helpful, not pushy, gave handy hints and advice which we took and purchased a larger and better one than we had gone in for but much but much better value.Arranged for it to be made ready in twenty minutes and off we went, happy customersWell done Ben and thank you
