Having bought some 6 bottle cases of wine, I managed to lose the handle on one in the car park. The box dropped to the ground and all 6 bottles smashed. I went back into the shop where one of the staff immediately offered to clean up the mess and went to get dustpan and brush. I joined the queue with a replacement case and the cashier had called the duty manager and I was informed I did not have to pay for the replacement. What a fantastic team. Friendly, understanding and exceptional customer service.
