I regularly use this store. I realised my phone had disappeared when I went to pay. A young man called Matthew on the till was extremely helpful and made a note of my name etc. he rang my phone number to see if the phone was in the shop. He couldn't have been more helpful. I have the phone now; I had dropped it and didn't realise. Thankyou to the young man for being so thoughtful and helpful.
