On visiting the IOW for a weekend break called into Lidl to buy a snack. was there for 20 minutes and no idea of the parking arrangements until a £90 fine came in the post. A very disappointed customer and a very expensive visit. I am asking is there some way that the store can confirm my shopping visit to reverse the fine. Shopping like this is not good for public relations for the store or for happy customer experience.

Just been into the store for the first time since the introduction of the parking scanning system. Don't like it! It appears to make no allowance either for just window shopping in the store. I will definitely from now on restrict my visits to the store. Will probably try the new Asda instead.
