I cannot fault the shops products but the Customer toilets have to be seen to be believed . Before Christmas I complained to a member of staff about the state of the toilets and the dirt on the floor , tbere was a toilet brush covered in faeces . dirt and dust gathered behind the door which had been there a long time . Today I needed to use tbe facilities , Even worse , there is more muck behind the door , toilet seat covered in faeces and covered with toilet paper . it was so bad I couldnt use it . Made me feel physically sick . There needs to be a cleaner responsible for them , or close them down .
