The staff here (Kate especially) couldn't be more helpful & will go out of their way to help you out if they can. Unfortunately, since the start of this"takeover"a lot of the staff seem to have become downhearted & are now looking for jobs in other pharmacies. Also they no longer participate in the needle exchange service so that now leaves only 1 other pharmacy in Malvern that does. It would be most helpful if this service could be restarted as its quite a trek over to the link when you don't drive. Great pharmacy with wonderful staff.

Been with this Pharmacy for over 10 years now,having moved to them from Boots on the retail park,all the staff are really friendly and polite,never had cause to complain,whether it be my repeat prescription or medication for another issue,I can’t fault their exemplary service,so sad that they are closing.
