Good morning as a previous M&S member of staff (Portsmouth) and a M&S lover I would like to share my thoughts with you. We visited your Cafe yesterday, I don’t often use this one as I always find the environment cold and canteen. like. The food , drink, and staff as always amazing, sadly the environment reinforced why I don’t use it. There are so many tables (sad tired tables) and chairs crammed in almost sitting shoulder to shoulder, the area doesn’t look warm and inviting and the air co was freezing. Love you M&S hope the next lot of budget can be given to your store to make you a much more inviting cosy area with perhaps some textures to make it a more enjoyable experience.,Jackie x

My friend and I visited the cafe at M&S Portfield Retail Park and we were very impressed with the excellent customer service we received from Tim, the cafe manager. He made an ordinary sandwich lunch with coffee feel a bit special because of his friendly but very professional manner.
