Retraining needed. Absolutely terrible service!Just been to order at the drive thru & the assistant couldn't even manage to get our order correct.... Quarter pounder with cheese please... how much is the meal? The assistant told us the price so we decided to go for the quarter pounder with cheese meal. I asked- Is a drink included in the price & if so then what drinks can we have with the meal? The assistant answered"You can have any drink you like hot or cold"A latte then please I said. Then suddenly the price was more than a quarter pounder with cheese meal! I'm told now that it will cost extra! Though she's just said you can have any drink with the meal!!!! After this confusion, the lady bought her supervisor to take our order, which was just as bad!It took nearly 10 minutes before finally getting our order right, after several attempts! Nearly lost the will to live... Trust me, you just couldn't make it up! I felt like I was in a James Corden comedy sketch!Plus no smile or welcome remark at the next kiosk when paying. The 3rd assistant, a young lad, handed me some serviettes, really nice, so good on you mate.Enter with caution... if you dare!
