Went to Lisnagelvin store yesterday to purchase a suit for my husband for a wedding. Two young men, one on the payment desk and the other attending a wedding group. One of them was called Ruairi and embarrassed didn't look at the other lads name tag. Both were flat out, one sorting a wedding party and the other attending to customers. They were so busy they were apologising for any delays. After the very happy wedding party left, they couldn't do enough for us from ordering in his jacket which he got today to measuring him for his shirt. Thought there should have been more staff on, as these lads were flat out sorting everyone, and so mannerly. When extra staff arrived they had everything under control and all customers happy. Cannot thank them enough, for such young lads they were amazing. Such a credit to your shop and company. Definitely staff you want to keep. Thanks lads again x
