Today was the second time I have purchased a bulky item.The member of staff was so helpful and carried the item out to the car park for me.She was polite and cheerful her customer service skills and rapport with me were excellent.I had also returned some items earlier and again the staff were excellent and a pleasure to deal with.I do hope the management sees this review.
