I would give half a star but this is not an option, today (5th Dec 2018) I went into the Tottenham Hale Next branch just to wait over 30mins as their was only 1 cashier serving a customer which looked as if the customer was either doing online shopping or due to exchange something, either way it took way longer than needed. After waiting about 10mins the cashier looked to see, the queue had increased from just 1 person (myself) to an additional 3 people. They security advised we could pay in the click and collect kids section, which then had me waiting another 15min. I got so tired of the wait, I ended putting down the goods I had and walked off. The worst customer service I've experience not to mention I wasted my entire lunch break queuing to leave empty handed.
