I purchased a bottle of Canti Prosecco in your store just prior to Christmas and when trying to open it on New Year’s Eve the cork was in so tight, neither my son-in-law nor I could remove the cork, even using an expensive opener. In trying to do this the neck of the bottle broke rendering the contents undrinkable.I returned to the store yesterday at about midday and was dealt with, entirely satisfactorily, by a member of your Customer Services team, Claire. I was provided with a replacement bottle and a new opener, which I felt was most generous. My review features the caring quality Claire displayed, she was a credit to your store and Sainsbury’s as a company. I thanked her at the time, but would like to register my thanks and hope that she gets praised by her manager.
