A big thank you to the floor staff at Crayford Sainsbury’s this afternoon who were very helpful to my 97-year-old mother-in-law. A young man was very kind when she sat on a footstool to rest, and, after asking where to find an item, a young woman brought my trolley round to the aisle where we were as I couldn’t push both the trolley and wheelchair. The young woman on the checkout was very pleasant and helpful in helping her to operate the card reader too. Small gestures but much appreciated.
