Visited Sunderland North store today , 14/12/2020 and the female member of staff who was manning the entrance couldn’t have been more helpful . She assisted my daughter who was using crutches to use the escalator and even met us at the top to help her off. She went above and beyond what I am sure would have been expected of her as a member of staff and all with a smile on her face throughout!

Visited today lovely store but don't eat there 1!!!One star given as couldn't give less, 4.30 pm two meals two tea's ordered, Bigger breakfast and hunters chicken (shout come from the servers rear to say only one hunters chicken left)Food arrived terrible peas dried up and warm, chips warm, hunters chicken was a joke, tiny dried up chicken piece with barbecue sauce on top (no bacon or cheese as it should be served with)My Bigger Breakfast - nearly cold bacon(cant describe as even warm) stewed warm baked beans, two dried up warm sausages (one side obviously plate side down on plate was blackened) the only thing you could describe as fresh was two eggs and 1 piece of toast.Bigger Breakfast £6.00Hunters chicken £5.50Tea x 2 (good) £2.40Apart from the two tea's it was a waste of £13.90
