On Monday 10th September I was visiting Wakefield with my sister in law who is in her late 80s She had a problem which necessitated us visiting the toilet. During our visit we were assisted by a gentleman called Manaf who moves your trolleys and later by a young lady called Emma who I understand is a firstaider. Would you please thank them and the other staff who were assisting for their invaluable help and of course our thanks go to you for the use of your premises and for employing such wonderful staff.Derek Brown
