I used the Customer Service desk at about 12-00 to 1.00 on 1st January. The young lady who served my wife and I could not have been more helpful. I believe her name was Emily and she is a credit to your store.

I visited your store Friday week to do my weekly shop.But unfortunately I had a dental problem I had to go to customer service for help.A very nice young lady helped me and was very discreet .Sometimes customers are quick to complain but I just wanted to say this young lady handled the situation with thoughtfulness and was very helpful .I wish I took her name but didn’t think at the time Kind regards Mrs J Blake.
