My family went to the café this lunchtime and found the manageress barking at her staff!! It was very disconcerting for customers to hear and to be frank she either needs help dealing with pressure or at least more training in how to get the best out of your staff. She then proceeded to serve us with no smile. We all have bad days but this needs attention
