the main reason today my daughter and myself went to your Berwick shop, was to do a family shop ,also school uniforms and a mobile phone, after spending 150 pounds I went to your customer service to ask where the mobile phones were, she directed me to a young woman who was sitting at the end of the mobiles she was sitting that still my daughter and myself had walked past her , we appoached her laughing that neither of us had seen her she didn't look up from the mobile she was playing on so we went down the aisle and looked at all the phones we approached the young woman again who still ignored us we stood 3 foot from her and waited and she still didn't look up from her mobile ……… I went back to customer service to say thank you for the directions and told her about the rude member of staff but i'm sure she did not take my complaint seriously , my daughter is now on her way to Alnwick to get a mobile. we go to your Kingstone park at least once a month and love doing are Christmas shopping the Berwick shop is very poor
