I was in the Western Avenue Extra Store today and was struggling to find a specific item. I'd already asked 3 of the staff in the store and finally asked a delightfully friendly young lady called Jamie, part of the .com team. She told me where to look but I still couldn't find the item I was looking for. I bumped into her as I was finishing my shop and she asked if I'd found the item. When I said I hadn't, she said she'd have a look for me and find me to tell me exactly where the item could be found and walked with me to where it was located. I have to say she displayed excellent customer service and had a really friendly positive attitude. She went out of her way to help me which was greatly appreciated
