This is not a review of the store but of your arrangements for your adjoining fuel station. Please thank and congratulate all concerned in your imaginative management of traffic at the fuel station during the present crisis. I found the marshalls on duty very polite, helpful and reassuring. The idea of 'snaking' vehicles in a queue through the car park helped prevent tailbacks on the road and ensured that all drivers were able to clearly see how it was progressing and so remain patient and calm. Most importantly, the use of barricades on the approach to the store and the fuel station prevented queue jumping (and the resulting aggression which has been witnesssed at other fuel stations across the country). Great job everyone! It made all the difference to my day.
