I visited the store at about 11pm this evening, on 2nd September on my way home from Surrey to pick up some items I needed. Unfortunately I did not obtain the names of the staff I met. Sorry folks, wish I had in a positive way. They were AMAZING. Everyone I asked for help went over and above to help me find items I needed. Some simply asked me if I needed any assistance which was lovely. I cannot praise their customer service skills enough. The store was a slightly alien environment because they were all stacking shelves and lots of pallets etc around, but their customer service was exemplary and to be honest the best I have ever received. I do hope management will pass on my gratitude and appreciation to everyone working that shift. Truly amazing. Thank you all. Daphne
