Ben, the manager is going above and beyond to help vulnerable elderly residents in the west hill community. My Grandmother was widowed this week after 73 years of marriage, clearly its a difficult time for her and this is made harder as she is also registered blind. Ben has offered to make and deliver a Christmas dinner to her and another elderly neighbour on Christmas Day which is an incredibly kind gesture and speaks volumes about the quality of the man.
