I had such a great experience today in Portwood today. I was looking for a particular size in a pair of trousers and a customer assistant called Julie helped me find them (with a machine that find stock on the floor). She never stopped looking (it took some time) and I really appreciated her taking the time on such a busy day. Thank you for such great service.
