I went into Tesco sat 18/08/18 to pick up a batman book for my little girl, forgot which one to get and assistant Caroline went above and beyond for me, she went through the paper work that she retrieved from the warehouse.Caroline then let me use her own mobile phone to phone home because I never remember to take mine with me ever.Caroline made a real difference to what had been a real tough week I cannot thank her enough.So Thank you Caroline
