I visited the Reigate store today and was shocked by the difference in the Reigate branch and the one in Crawley. After negotiating the weirdest shop lift I have ever been in I found the left hand side of the upper floor in such a mess. Half of it taken up with untidy displays of Christmas decorations and the other half empty. Crawley is a bright, clean and well stocked store and Reigate would do well to follow suit.
