Called in on way home to North Wales after visiting family in Treforest, and was.very impressed. Could do with a Trago store like this in North Wales, it would do very well.

Brilliant store could spend hours in there, and the prices are quite low for regular items. They have everything you need under one roof

Absolutely disgusted with the company just went to exchange some wallpaper I no longer needed only to be told that I couldn't due to it being outside the 28days exchange policy which the staff at trago insisted that they didn't need to advertise which is utter rubbish in my eyes how are people supposed to know if they don't tell anyone their policy the 7 rolls which were all unopened an undamaged plus we had the reciept which doesn't state the policy either we've spent hundreds of pounds in store an we were days outside the policy which isn't advertised anywhere not even on the company website

Vast store filled with everything.... a mixture! Main problem no shopping trolly parks outside! have to return in store!

Store has a little bit of everything but not enough of anything. The outer shops look ok, fish and chips, bakery (nice smell) etc but I am in no hurry to return. Would have preferred a Dunelm on site .instead.
