This morning I came in with my partner to ask about a problem we were having with a new phone we bought online. We were served by Olivia and she was so good, helpful, polite and good humoured. It was sorted quickly. I also had concern that I would not be able to replace my phone which I have had for some years and is basic. She said not to worry they sold a similar phone and it would all be sorted for me. I am in my 80's now and technology and I do not get on so I came out of your store very happy. Please pass my thanks on to her I am very grateful.
