Please pass my sincere thanks to Angie Bayliss. We had a problem with an order we had arranged to collect at Waitrose Cheltenham. Angie was efficient, friendly and very professional with her help, Despite having to wait a long time for Customer Services John Lewis she dealt with the problem in a way that showed patience and tolerance. Further, she arranged for flowers and a card to be delivered by way of an apology for the time it had taken for John Lewis to sort. Many, many thanks Angie, you deserve a medal!
