I should like to express my appreciation for the help I receive every time I shop at Waitrose, Rue Des Pres. I am disabled and find shopping really stressful and difficult. In particular I lovely young lady by the name of Daveeda (? spelling) who I now ask for at the Welcome Desk when I arrive as she is such a star! She helps with my shopping, then checks everything out and then takes me to my car and transfers all the shopping. The store deserves the five star rating, but Daveeda in particular.
