Widnes Shop........ recently selected items to purchase. Went to check out. Three assistants behind check out counter. Placed my purchase on counter and was told to use self service check out. Not happy. In first instant I do not use self service check outs in any shop. Secondly why have three members of staff who do not want to deal with the public.I left my purchase on counter and told the assistant I do not use self service. I proceeded to walk out of the store. Not a satisfactory experience. Will not use WH Smith again.
