Visited KFC on the 4 th of May late in the evening was having something to eat with my friend before going to the airport. On entering the premises we were welcomed by one of the staff named Gemma. I was very impressed by her lovely manners and her attentiveness towards us .While eating our meal Gemma was keeping herself very busy ensuring that the premises were being kept to a high standard of cleanliness and in between doing her duties she was ensuring that as customers all our needs were being met. I complimented Gemma on the great service she provided and will look forward to my next visit to this KFC and hopefully to be served by Gemma. Keep up the great work that you do Gemma xx
