Third time I’ve been there in the last month and third time I’ve got home to find the order wrong

Went to this new KFC on Monday 05/11. I had an elderly person with me that need to get around in a wheel chair. Managed to park in disabled bay lovely level access to restaurant /Electric door . Disabled toilet on first floor as seating is all up stairs with no way of getting up there with wheel chair. I asked at the desk about wheelchair access and was told that there was none and we were welcome to sit outside. I asked about 2 tables by the toilet if they were there for disabled or even Parents with young babies. They said no but we were welcome to sit there. I explained that they were both taken and did they expect me to tell the other customers to move.I suggested that maybe these should be designated for disabled or parents with young babies. Spoke to Shift supervisor who was very helpful and understanding and said she would look into it, I did aske if there was a e-mail so that I could contact KFC or any feed back forms and was told No.
